It will be realized at least 2 times faster than known systems and with 100% labor savings.
M.H.T.T.B (MOBILE HYDRAULIC TELESCOPIC TABLE BUILDING) System
M.H.T.T.B (MOBILE HYDRAULIC TELESCOPIC TABLE BUILDING) (to be mentioned as MB shortly) System is a construction formwork system used to cast concrete alternate to conventional formwork systems. The system has many advantages over other conventional models.
- Concrete can be casted in every three days with this system because of fast assembling details.
- The system reduces the workmanship about 50% because of the easy assembling details and mobility (easy-to-operate)
- Using steel plates instead of plywood form panel makes the system more durable and able to perform about 700 castings without changing the form panels. (Plywood can also be used but steel plates are more economical. Also, steel plates have finished their life cycle after 700 casting, they can be sold as scrap for about 35% of material cost.)
- Having wheels makes the system mobile and move to desired places easily.
- It can adapt to height differences between floors in the same building in an hour thanks to its flexible telescopic design. (See Fig.3)
- The system is highly compatible with occupational safety regulations.
- System is easy to maintain and repair.
- Transportation is easy since the system can be easily divided into the subassemblies.
- Most of the system elements (formwork elements, steel sheet panels, beams, etc.) can be used in other projects or some little revisions maybe needed to use. So, the system is safe, long-lasting, easy to use, faster, modern and very cheap in operating-cost wise.
